Development Pathways releases first issue of Pathways' Perspectives: Safety Net / Social Assistance
Pathways' Perspectives is a series of papers that aims to provide people with the opportunity to debate key issues in international development. The first issue of this series is "Safety Net Social Assistance", which is a reaction by the author Nick Freeland to what he perceives is a misuse of the term 'social safety net'.
