ILO Youth Hub/100 days challenge – the Youth Hub of the ILO is an ad hoc platform to connect ILO’s youth to each other, develop skills and competencies and make their voices heard at the top level of organization.

  • The ILO Youth Hub will participate in the initiative by developing a sub-campaign targeting ‘friends & family’ of ILO staff.  In organizing this campaign, Youth Hub will be following the principles of the 100-Day Challenge that were pioneered by the Rapid Results Institute (RRI). You can find out more about the RRI/100 days challenge work following the links to New York Times articles: Making Change Happen, on a Deadline and Quick Change That Lasts for the Long Term.

In the spirit of the 100-Day Challenge approach, Youth Hub will start by challenging a team of 10-15 young talents to set a 100-Day awareness raising and fundraising goals and to develop a plan to achieve it. This will include developing the content, getting the word out, and so on.
