Summary (English)

This study aims at analysing the current roles and linkages between social protection agencies and institutions and offering advice on the most suitable institutional approaches and implementation for the coordination of social protection policies at national, provincial, district and community level.

It also describes the roles and responsibilities of all actors, from the government to the beneficiaries at all levels, presents the research method, discusses the effectiveness of the current structures and mechanisms and formulates its recommendations about SP policy, planning and funding.
