A Monitoring and Evaluation Manual for social protection has been developed
Outcome achieved
In 2018 and 2019, the General Secretariat of the National Social Protection Council (GS-NSPC) developed Monitoring and Evaluation Manual for social protection in line with the SDG 1.3.
ILO's contribution to the outcome
With the technical and financial support from the Government of Republic of Korea and UNDESA, the ILO conducted a 2-day training in August 2019, on the Monitoring and Evaluation of social protection for 25 government officials from all relevant institutions.
International Labour Standard
Social Security principles and standards, i.e. Convention 102 and Recommendation 202 were integrated into the draft law on social security where necessary.
Social dialogue
Social Partners were consulted and participated in the design of the communication tools of the NSSF (info. pack, animation videos on work injury and health insurance).
