Soft skills training to prepare factory workers for the future of work
This soft skills training aims at supporting workers in navigating changes in their workplace and strengthening their skills to adapt to the ever-changing world of work. The training was conducted from 12 April - 25 August 2022 in 3 cities in Central Java: Sukoharjo, Boyolali, Jepara, and Probolinggo; and participated by 191 workers from 4 garment factories: PT Jaya Perkasa Textile, PT Ecosmart Garment Indonesia, PT Jiale Indonesia Textile and PT Eratex Djaja. Participants in each factory were divided into 4 classrooms of 25 persons to ensure effective learning.
The opening ceremony was held on 12 April 2022 at PT Sri Rejeki Isman (Sritex), the mother company of PT Jaya Perkasa Textile. This event was also attended by the Director-General of Vocational Training Development and Productivity, the Ministry of Manpower, and other officials from the local manpower office.

Each group of participants received two days of training to cover modules of teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and integrity, with the detail as follow:
