Denmark: Consolidation Act on Social Services

The purposes of this Act are (i) to offer counselling and support so as to prevent social problems; (ii) to offer a range of general services, which may also serve a preventive purpose; and (iii) to cater to needs resulting from a physical or mental impairment or special social problems
