Myanmar: First national strategic plan on social protection in Myanmar!
On 30 December 2015, the Government of Myanmar launched its National Social Protection Strategic Plan in Nay Pyi Taw. The Strategic Plan identifies eight “flagship programmes” to be implemented over the next years, which were identified through the Assessment Based National Dialogue process facilitated by the ILO with other members of the UN Country Team.
