Discussion on a draft training programme for improving public employment services

On Tuesday, 7 July 2020, ILO conducted an initial discussion with Ministry of Manpower to discuss the draft of training manual for public employment service (PES) staff which has been prepared by the ILO. Through this discussion, ILO aims to generate inputs from the MoM and build a sense of belonging to the training manual and materials. By conducting a discussion with local stakeholders, ILO also aims to bring the Indonesian context the drafts. This training manual will be used as standard guidance for staff development programme at the provincial and district level.
