Three batches of training on techniques of online training for instructors of Public Vocational Training Centres (BLK/BBPLK)

The training is on techniques on how to deliver online training, for instructors of Ministry of Manpower's 28 e-training courses (including 2 that are developed by the ILO with funding from UNIQLO project). Participated by 99 training instructors.
