Summary (English)

This note describes the Builders’ Social Fund in Romania or the Casa Sociala a Constructorilor (CSC). It provides an allowance to workers in the construction sector during the interruption of work during winter. The CSC is a bipartite organization which has further extended its scope to a wider range of services for the construction sector in Romania.
