Summary (English)

This manual was created for social security executives and ICT Project Managers, from all countries, irrespective of the current status of their ICT systems or the type of social security system in place. Its aim is to create more systematic approaches to project management in order to improve success rates and consistency in social security responses and the ICT required. By reviewing and analyzing projects, the manual also discusses ways to identify and reduce risks specific to ICT projects and draws lessons on ten key aspects of project management:
