Description
This study was conducted with the aim of better understanding garment workers’ needs and perceptions on (i) their social protection entitlements, and (ii) their childcare preferences. In particular, the study sought to understand how garment workers in informal factories may decide to seek formal employment and/or social protections, and how the childcare needs of workers in both formal and informal factories may shape their work preferences.
