TRANSFORM has been institutionalised as the GoM's social protection training packageOutcome achieved
The MGCDSW enhanced the capacity of 15 Senior government Officials in April 2021 through the new TRANSFORM Shock Responsive Module. Sensitizations took place in in 9 districts. GoM has adopted the TRANSFORM package in the management of Social Protection Programmes, and will by December 2021 institutionalize the TRANSFORM Training package in social protection training institutions.ILO's contribution to the outcome
The ILO coordinated development and online application of the TRANSFORM Shock Responsive Module in May 2021; and conducted TRANSFORM training workshops for national and district Officials and policy makers. The ILO in August 2021 conducted a Training for a new TRANSFORM Finance & Financial Management module using a blended training format.Partnerships
United Nations Children Fund (UNICEF) contributed to the development of the shock responsive module and online application. World Food Programme (WFP)- participated in development of the social protection shock responsive module and facilitated coordination of government officials participation to the Online course, German Technical Cooperation (GIZ) contributed financial support to the implementation of the TRANSFORM rollout plan in Malawi including participation to sensitization of policy makers on t...SDG
