Summary (English)

This report shows how service leaders can develop better and lower cost social programs.  It uses examples from around the world where radical efficiency has led to improved outcomes.  One of the case studies detailed in this report is the innovative participatory program in Rwanda, Ubudehe, which gives wages to poor villagers to complete community projects.  According to this report, Ubudehe has improved the lives of a quarter of Rwanda’s population.
