The Government of Liberia seeks to design and deliver a tailor made SPF for all Liberian residents. The National Dialogue process, led by the Government of Liberia and involving relevant ministries, agencies, workers, employers, civil society and international development partners, is an important process to agree on the establishment of minimum living standards for all people in Liberia.
