Oxfam will ensure that the relevant network members have a good understanding of the government’s Social Accountability framework as it can be used with regard to the delivery of social protection. Based on this the Network will develop some recommendations for social accountability mechanisms that can be included in the training package and roll-out strategy. Such mechanisms allow SP beneficiaries to provide feedback to further improve the quality of the delivery. The Network will equally contribute to the dissemination of the new approaches.
