Description

While the cross-nexus programmatic and financing framework provides government and partners with an agreed road map for implementing the SDSS, a cooperation framework for on-going collaboration between government and international organizations will also outline roles in other areas impacting the sector.  These potentially include the areas of policymaking, innovation and testing of new programmatic approaches, capacity building among administrators, continuous learning and technology transfer, among others.
