Outcome achieved
National Organization of Social Insurance (NOSI) employees (4 men and 12 women) have been trained on the ILO’s actuarial model. For future valuations, NOSI employees will be able to use the ILO pension model, under the supervision of ILO experts.
ILO's contribution to the outcome
The ILO provided technical experts to conduct these capacity building activities and workshops on the ILO pension model (December 2015, May 2016 and November 2017).
