The Social security law aims to ensure sustainability of the Social Security Organization (SSO) and the State Authority for Social Security (SASS). It also aims to extend coverage to the informal sector through adapted mechanisms and collection of contribution. According to the Seventh 5 year plan social security has to be extended to all provinces, and by 2015 health care coverage needs to be extended to 50 percent of the population.ILO's contribution to the outcome
