Discussion on the development of PES capacity building programme in relation to employment insurance

On 26 February 2020, ILO held a discussion on the development of PES capacity buildind programme in relation to employment insurance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to strengthen its Public Employment Service (PES). ILO and MOM will develop and conduct a Training of Trainer (ToT) programme for several key PES staff members. Before conducting the training, ILO introduced the practitioners’ guides on employment service centers to several key persons in the General Directorate of Training Development and Placement or Binapenta. Through this introduction, ILO aimed to generate inputs from the MoM office and discuss how to adjust the module according to Indonesia's needs.
