Résumé (anglais)

The ER (Early Recovery) Cluster is led by UNDP and is one of twelve clusters currently operating in Port-au-Prince. A field-based ER Cluster is now operating in Jacmel (led by UNDP), while in Leogane the cluster is composed of a group of early recovery partners working with a local coordination cell under the local Mayor. A “shadow” ER Cluster has been established in Santo Domingo to support ER operations in Haiti, with particular emphasis on activities within a 20 kilometre border area in Haitian territory.
