Summary (English)

Microfinance Connect is an online networking and sharing space for the global microfinance community and an attempt to bring together Microfinance Institutions, Individuals and Investors through a knowledge management platform and provide a single window interface to all information needs. Microfinance Connect works towards bridging the gap between providers of microfinance services and the other stakeholders interested in the social and economic impacts of Microfinance. The website is also promoting the Global Microfinance Impact Alliance which is an attempt to bring together interested stakeholders to initiate action to access and enhance the impact of microfinance operations on the end users. The alliance partners with players working directly and indirectly with microfinance clients to bring them out of poverty sustainably.
