Summary (English)
The Information Center on Social Protection (CIPS) is a website that provides information in Portuguese on the social protection area (www.cipsocial.org). Its main purpose is to, on the one hand, respond to the knowledge needs of the Portuguese Speaking Countries: Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, São Tome and Principe, Timor-Leste. On the other hand, make available information on the existing social protection realities of these countries. CIPS is a joint initiative from the Executive Secretariat of the Community of Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP), ILO Lisbon Office and ILO/STEP Portugal Project.

El Centro de Información sobre Protección Social (CIPS), es un sitio web que ofrece información en portugués en el área de protección social (www.cipsocial.org). Su objetivo principal es, por un lado, responder a las necesidades de información y intercambio de experiencias de los países que tienen le portugués como idioma oficial: Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, Santo Tomé y Príncipe, Timor-Leste. Por otra parte, facilitar la difusión de información sobre las realidades de la protección social de estos países a la comunidad internacional. CIPS es una iniciativa conjunta de la Secretaría Ejecutiva de la Comunidad de Países de Lengua Portuguesa (CPLP), de Oficina de la OIT de Lisboa y del Proyecto STEP Portugal.

Le Centre d'information sur la protection sociale (CIPS) est un site Web qui fournit des informations en portugais sur le domaine de la protection sociale (www.cipsocial.org). Son objectif principal consiste à, d'une part, répondre aux besoins d'information et d'échanges d'expériences des pays de langue portugaise: Angola, Brésil, Cap-Vert, Guinée-Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal, Sao Tomé et Principe, Timor-Leste. D'autre part, rendre disponible à la communauté internationale l'information sur les réalités de la protection sociale de ces pays. CIPS est une initiative conjointe du Secrétariat Exécutif de la Communauté des Pays de Langue Portugaise (CPLP), du Bureau de l'OIT de Lisbonne et du Projet STEP Portugal.
