International leadership training: social security
Summary (English)
The training course is designed to enable leading personnel in the field of social security, in partner countries to learn about effective macro policies and strategies in the social sector and to become familiar with modern management instruments relevant for Social Security Institutions (including business and administration procedures, mathematics and IT tools). Individual achievements in the training will increase effective, efficient and needs-oriented management in governmental policy making and insurance/health care systems management. The participants are supposed to take on a multiplier role in implementing reform in the social security sector in their home countries.
