Summary (English)

The report investigates key mechanisms to achieve social cohesion as well as short- and long-term financial viability.  It then examines the main policy issues in sustaining individual social security programmes, including health care, social assistance and family benefits, pensions, unemployment an work incapacity benefits, as well as long-term care.
