Report on the Skills Training Workshop on Diagnostic Tools for the Extension of Social Protection and Promotion of Employment held from November 2-4, 2011 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The report provides a summary of the training, conducted with technical and financial assistance from the ILO/EU project 'Improving Social Protection and Promoting Employment.'
