Summary (English)

This report explores the drivers and hurdles linking the environmental, social and governance issues for specific industry sectors with the way companies are valued in the market-place.

The report finds that mismanagement of environmental, social and governance issues can pose a real threat to company and investor value. Findings were gathered from more than 1,000 pages of analyst research in an effort that involved more than 22 globally based financial services firms including sell side research houses, asset managers and an investment consultancy.
