Summary (English)
Outlines the organizational structures needed to govern a health micro-insurance scheme (HMIS) together with the corresponding roles and responsibilities. This module also provides with details on the by-laws as well as policies, systems and procedures that guide during operations. It then guides on the administrative arrangements that an HMIS must undertake, in particular, enrolment of members, registry of contributions, mechanisms in collecting premiums and approaches in providing the services.
