Diagnóstico da interoperabilidade de sistemas de informação para a protecção social em Moçambique
Summary (English)
This publication presents an analysis of the maturity levels of different governmental management information systems (MIS) and their respective capacities to share information with each other, and it includes recommendations on the reforms and adjustments that may be required for the systems to achieve full interoperability. This study was prepared by the ILO at the request of Mozambique’s Inter-Institutional Working Group on Interoperability (GTII), which reunites public institutions working on social protection and other relevant areas for MIS integration. It received financial support of the project ACTION/Portugal and the United Nations Joint Programme (UNJP) on Social Protection (financed by Sweden, the Netherlands and FCDO), and was launched during a technical seminar for GTTI members held in Maputo on 9 December 2021.

Esta publicação apresenta uma análise dos níveis de maturidade dos diferentes sistemas de gestão de informação para a protecção social (SGI-PS) governamentais e das suas respetivas capacidades para partilhar informação entre si, e inclui recomendações sobre as reformas e ajustes necessários para que os sistemas alcancem a plena interoperabilidade. Este estudo foi preparado pela OIT a pedido do Grupo de Trabalho Interinstitucional sobre Interoperabilidade (GTII) de Moçambique, que reúne instituições públicas que trabalham na protecção social e outras áreas relevantes para a integração dos SGI. Lançado durante um seminário técnico para membros do GTII realizado em Maputo a 9 de Dezembro de 2021, este trabalho recebeu apoio financeiro do projeto ACTION/Portugal e do Programa Conjunto das Nações Unidas sobre Protecção Social (financiado pela Suécia, Holanda e FCDO).
