Summary (English)
This brief presents the main results from the second phase of independent community monitoring (MCI) that was conducted by the Mozambican Civil Society Platform for Social Protection (PSC-PS) on PASD-PE COVID-19. This activity engaged nearly 3,000 beneficiaries in the districts of Maputo and Namaacha in southern Mozambique. Developed with ILO’s support through the UNJP on Social Protection, it assesses the perceptions and concerns of beneficiaries regarding PASD-PE, as well as identifies key findings and possible options for improving the programme’s implementation.

Esta nota apresenta os principais resultados da segunda fase de monitoria comunitária independente (MCI) que foi conduzida pela Plataforma da Sociedade Civil Moçambicana para a Protecção Social (PSC-PS) no PASD-PE COVID-19. Esta actividade envolveu quase 3.000 beneficiários nos distritos de Maputo e Namaacha, no sul de Moçambique. Desenvolvida com o apoio da OIT através do Programa Conjunto das Nações Unidas sobre Protecção Social, o brief avalia as percepções e preocupações dos beneficiários relativamente ao PASD-PE, bem como identifica as principais conclusões e possíveis opções para melhorar a implementação do programa.
