Health care systems in Germany and in France
Summary (English)
This study summarizes the health care system in Germany and in France. The main purpose is to provide assistance for the research on the cost control of health care system to the Social Insurance Administration Department of Chinese Ministry of Human Ressources and Social Security.

为了协助中华人民共和国人力资源和社会保障部社会保险事业管理中心有关国内医疗保险成本控制的工作。本文参考Reinhard Busse以及Annette Riesberg两位作者2004年所写《 Health Care Systems in Transition: Germany》一书中的有关内容，以及国际劳工组织社会保障专家Valérie Schmitt-Diabate女士提供的《Assurance Maladie en France》一文，总结归纳了德国及法国在医疗保险领域的经验。
