Summary (English)

The Maintenance of Social Security Rights Convention, 1982 (No.157) provides rules for the adoption of national legislation implementing the principles of the maintenance of rights in course of acquisition and of acquired rights fo migrant workers, in respect of all branches of social security covered by the Social Security Convention 1952. By November 2008, 4 countries have ratified the Convention.
