Resumen

This study presents three community-based health-financing schemes and three health micro-insurance schemes both providing maternity protection services. It takes up their strengths and weaknesses. It includes preliminary listings of institutions in Nepal for the study and their services related to maternity protection, as well as two questionnaires; one for beneficiaries and one for non-beneficiaries on maternity protection services at community level.
