Summary (English)

Since the establishment of the NSSF in 2007, the ILO has actively promoted policies and provided technical assistance to support the Government in the extension of social protection. In 2017, the two institutions partnered again to do something new: charting membersʼ journeys through the NSSF system. The objective was to pinpoint critical junctures for communication and service delivery to ensure that more people understand the role of NSSF, claim their social security rights and access their benefits.
