The ABND guide helps users to conduct an assessment based national dialogue (ABND) exercise, which is the first step towards implementing nationally defined social protection floors (SPFs). It is based on real ABND experiences across the world. It follows a standardized and systematic approach which can be used for training, self-learning and conducting full-fledged ABND exercises in countries.
