Résumé

The Invalidity, Old-Age and Survivors' Benefits Convention, 1967 (No.128) is a revision of the Old Age Insurance Conventions, the Invalidity Insurance Conventions and the Survivor's Insurance Conventions of 1933. Under this Convention Members are required to protect employees through the provision of invalidity benefit, old age benefit and survivor's benefit. By November 2008, 16 countries have ratified the Convention.
