Summary

The assessment matrix is a synopsis of social protection programmes in the country, existing policy gaps and implementation issues, and recommendations to address them. The recommendations comprise a national SPF. The matrix contains inputs from the Core Group and national stakeholders, and has been consolidated by DOLE and ILO.
