This video presents the Social Service Delivery Mechanism put in practice in Cambodia. On June 11th 2014, the government of Cambodia opened offices fully in line with the Social Service Delivery Mechanism (SSDM). ILO representative Mrs. Schmitt explains the functioning of the offices and how they bridge the (rural and vulnerable) population of Cambodia with the country's social protection schemes.
