The knowledge and technical skills of the NSPC, NSSF and social partners, for steering, governing and monitoring the implementation of the National Social Protection Policy Framework 2016‐2025 of Cambodia developed and increased with at least 75% of participants in the training have acquired the basic skills required for the management and governance of social protection (two tests were conducted, one at the beginning and one at the end of the training).
