Résumé

This report describes the employment injury protection system in Serbia in light of the principles of employment injury protection and looks at occupational safety and health issues in the context of current economic conditions and challenges. It reviews the relevant international labour standards on employment injury protection. The report also discusses options that Serbia might consider in seeking to reform the system, summarizes the issues and identifies future areas of cooperation with the ILO.
