You will find in this section the experiences from the three countries:
Piloting the Single Window Service in 3 countries
In Cambodia and in Indonesia, Single Window Services pilots are currently being designed in relevant provinces. The design of a SWS pilot follow a three-step methodology :
Step 1 - What is the social protection and employment situation ?
The Social Protection and Employment are assessed in the selected provinces. The assessment serves as a baseline to design the integration of programs. It also aims to select relevant districts for piloting the approach, based on the poverty rate, the presence of social protection programs and employment services, the political will etc.
Step 2 - How will the Single Window Service look like ?
The design of the SWS involved the stakeholders at national level and local level, through consultative meetings. The output of the consultative process is the feasibility study.
Step 3 - How will the Single Window Service be established and sustained ?
Once the stakeholders agree on the design, the implementation plan is conceived through the operational and financial plan of the project.
